Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booked service total. No-shows without any prior contact will be charged the full service amount. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances outside our control — in which case, no fee will be charged and you'll be rebooked at your earliest convenience.

Vehicle Condition

By booking with XN Car Detailing, you confirm that your vehicle is in a condition suitable to receive detailing services. Please disclose any pre-existing damage (scratches, chips, cracks, worn paint, fragile trim, etc.) before your appointment begins. XN Car Detailing is not responsible for damage to vehicles with pre-existing conditions that may be affected during the normal course of detailing. Excessive clutter or personal belongings in the vehicle may limit the scope of interior work we're able to perform — please clear your vehicle before our arrival.

Vehicle & Property

Our team takes every precaution to protect your vehicle and surrounding property. However, XN Car Detailing cannot be held liable for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or damage resulting from circumstances outside our control (including but not limited to: worn seals, fragile trim pieces, compromised paint, or interior materials that are already deteriorating). We recommend photographing your vehicle before service if you have concerns about existing damage.

Photography & Media

XN Car Detailing may photograph or film vehicles before, during, and after service for quality assurance, marketing, and portfolio purposes. By booking our services, you grant us permission to use these images on our website, social media, and other promotional materials. License plates will be obscured where possible. No identifying personal information will be shared without your consent. If you prefer we do not photograph your vehicle, please inform us at the time of booking.

Service Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you're not satisfied with the results of your service, contact us within 24 hours of completion and we'll make it right — whether that's addressing a missed area or scheduling a complimentary touch-up. This guarantee does not apply to issues resulting from pre-existing damage, vehicle condition, or damage that occurs after service is completed.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged in advance. We accept Zelle, Venmo, and cash. In the event of a dispute, we ask that you contact us directly before pursuing a chargeback — we're always happy to work things out. Chargebacks filed without prior communication will be contested.

Limitation of Liability

XN Car Detailing's total liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
